As the 2010s draw to a close, we would like to reflect on the time passed and look to the decade ahead. This holiday season, we would like to pay special tribute to the great employees of the A&D investee companies.
You are our hero. Our protector. Our champion in the field. You go to work. You make things work. At home. At the office. We depend on you.
At Alfvén & Didrikson, our family of companies now employ some 1,200 heroes. And we have only just started. This holiday period, we would like to extend to you why we go to work and invite you to share our dream in creating a force for good:

When we started working, some 10 years ago, most of the companies in the current A&D-family did not yet exist. And now look what you have done. You have mixed a spirit of innovation with a deep sense of responsibility and energetic execution. You have created solutions for customers that nobody could ever have dreamt of. There are no limits to what you can achieve in the next 10 years.
In everything we do, every meeting we take, every krona we invest, we hope that we can earn your trust. Ultimately this is what keeps us alive. We know we don't thank you enough. Without you, we would amount to nothing. Thank you.
