A warm welcome to Cecilia Tunberger who today joins A&D as COO! Cecilia is combining psychology and business and is passionate about leadership and helping people become the best version of themselves. At A&D Cecilia will be crucial in our continuous work with combining heart and business within the A&D family.

Cecilia has worked as a consultant in management development, assessments and coaching. Most recently Cecilia worked as Chief People & Culture Officer at growth company Desenio Group.
