We are excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement to sell Offerta Group AB to Fortnox. The transaction is conditioned on an approval by Fortnox shareholders, due to take place in March.
We believe Fortnox and Offerta combined will create great value for both customers, consumers and employees. We want to highlight the extra hard work of the management team and CEO Anna Bergius over the past months. We also want to send a deep thank you to founder Jens Nilsson and all employees of Offerta in building the leading marketplace for services in Sweden.
