After 5 years as CEO, Trustly co-founder Carl Wilsson has decided to hand over the helm to Oscar Berglund. Carl will remain 100% committed to the company and take charge of business development. The change is effective today.
Oscar has been a member of Trustly’s board since 2010, including being its Chairman during 2010-2011. He has worked full-time at the company since 2013 and as Deputy CEO since 2014.
